I think this means that to be a great student you have to have character because being average is not enough. You have to do a little extra because a bunch of other kids are doing the same as you because you're not putting extra effort. That is character.

I think this means that we need to START doing the right thing and STOP doing the bad. For example you need to start doing homework and stop doing the bad things like going out to do bad stuff. Instead of doing bad stuff we should stay home and study and that takes courage to deny your friends.

I think this means that when you lie you have to cover it up by telling another lie and it keeps adding up until you run out of things to say and people will start to suspect you. For example if you lie to one person you have to lie to another because what if the other person tells that person then you will be caught. But if you tell the truth then everything will add up to people.

I think this means to always do the right things and go down the right path. For example if you follow good people then you will be a good person yourself and you will always be doing the right. And if you do the wrong and go down the bad path and choose wrong friends then they will teach you the wrong and they will influence you to do the wrong. 

"its better to be alone than to be in bad company" 

This means that its better to be alone studying than to be out with your friends drinking, doing drugs. for example if you choose to stay home than to go out with your friends to party then you are choosing the right. But if you choose to go out with your friends to do drugs and drink and tell dirty jokes then you are choosing the wrong.

Thanksgiving Week 

My thanksgiving week was pretty boring because i didn't do anything. On thanksgiving i played a game and it was fun but the thanksgiving dinner was boring because none of my fun cousins went.  The rest of the week i didn't do anything but sleep.

I think this means that you should be more thankful for your surroundings. For example. you can be thankful for your home, your clothes, the food you eat, your bed, etc. 

The 3 questions:

1. Can people trust me to do the right thing? 

2. Am i committed to doing my very best?

3. Do i treat people the way i want to be treated? 

"if the answers to these questions are yes, there is no way you can fail. "

i think these questions are good to go by because if people can trust you then your teammates can trust you. Also if you are committed to doing your very best then you can have you can trust your teammates on always being the best also they can trust you. And if you treat people the way you want to be treated then you will get treated with respect unless you treat people with no respect then that's how you will be treated. For example if i treat someone with respect by letting them work on their homework instead of going out then maybe they will help you out with the homework. 

Physical Fitness is one of the most important key parts of a healthy life

I think this statement is about how you have to be physically strong to be mentally strong. And one of the most important key parts of that is by not doing drugs and staying out of them to have a healthy and strong body. When you are healthy you van perform at your best in school, work, or any activity that you are doing. For example if a person who does drugs goes to school then they have trouble concentrating but a healthy person will have no trouble concentrating on the task.
