I think this means that hard work pays off  eventually. Depends how much work you put in then that's the result you're gonna get. And you also have to trust the process and be patient because you can't be a good player overnight. You have to trust and believe in yourself and believe that you can become a better player by the time. You have to believe that you will get better and that your limits can be surpassed.
