I think this quote means that it's good to step up and do the right thing because tit shows character and leadership. For example if someone is getting bullied and stand up for them and tell them to stop then you show character and leadership because you stood up for whats right.

I think this means that cheating is bad and it is telling to not take short cuts because there are no shortcuts in sports. Also it is telling how it is not worth it to cheat because you might get caught and you might be stripped away from your medals and championships. And when you win you will feel guilt because you know you cheated so if you win it's gonna take away happiness if you win.

I think this means that to be right you have to be completely right and you can't cheat not even one time. For example, if you're doing a test and there's 25 questions and you do 24 questions honestly but you cheat on the last one then you cheated on the whole test even if you did 24 questions truthfully. An example of doing something completely right is that you're doing a test and you do all 25 questions truthfully then you chose the right entirely but if you cheat even only once then you cheated entirely.

I think this means to choose the right and if you do the right you'll be taken care of because karma will reward you. For example if you see someone drop money and you give it back then life will reward you and take care of you. An example of choosing the wrong is if someone drops money and you take it and give it back them karma will punish you and you were taught the wrong way.
