I think this means that always support someone because you never know when they're going to be right. And if they are wrong then have patience because they are trying their best.

I think this means that it's better to be alone than with bad people because when you're alone you do things that you want and when you're with bad people they peer pressure you into becoming a bad person yourself. For example, if you're at a party and don't wanna drink but your "friends" are peer pressuring you and you drink it that's being in bad company. An example of ctr is staying alone at home because you won't do anything you don't want to do.
