yes because they get a lot of money but it's very hard to become one.

I think this means that what everyone is doing isn't always right. For example if everyone at a party is drinking then you still should not drink because even though everyone is doing it it is still bad for you. I would also like to add that drinking is messing up the young people because it's messing up their body and then they will not preform as well. Another example is when you're at a party and everyone is smoking and they ask you to smoke and they peer pressure you and even though they are doing that you still should not smoke with them because it is bad for you and it'll mess up your future.
